Our Affiliation with FES
Filament Information Security is an affiliated organization under the Foundation for Educational Services (FES), a Nebraska-based nonprofit with more than four decades of experience serving schools and mission-driven organizations.
Since its founding, FES has focused on building the capacity of nonprofits and public institutions to better serve their communities. The launch of Filament Information Security builds on that legacy by addressing one of today’s most urgent needs: cybersecurity and compliance. Backed by FES’s nonprofit governance, infrastructure, and long-standing commitment to community impact, Filament Information Security provides organizations with the expertise required to protect data, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain trust with the communities they serve.

Art Provost
Vice President, Security Services
Art, with 30 years of experience in Information Security across diverse roles, joined Filament in 2011 and holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, GSEC, GPEN, GSTRT, GWAPT, and CISM.
Tyler Malcom
Senior Security & Compliance Analyst
Tyler, who joined Filament in 2022, has a strong background in cyber defense and offensive operations from his time in the US Navy and holds his CISSP, GSEC, GPEN, GDSA certifications.
Keri Kunkle
Keri, who joined Filament in 2023, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with experience in the US Marine Corps and Department of Defense, holding multiple certifications and advanced degrees in cybersecurity.
Lisa Curry
Lisa brings 30 years of experience in corporate compliance and information security management as an auditor, along with an MBA in IT Management. She joined Filament in 2025.
Chandler Crist
Chandler joined Filament in 2025 after 4 years of U.S. Army National Guard Signal Operations experience. He earned his BS in Cybersecurity with ongoing graduate studies toward an MS in Cybersecurity.
Dyann Bradbury
Dyann, an experienced IT risk, compliance and cybersecurity specialist, joined Filament in 2025, bringing with her 30+ years of experience in building IT risk and compliance management programs.
Sara Pemberton
Sara is a data and analytics professional with experience in education, healthcare, and MSP environments. She specializes in data governance with strong knowledge of FERPA and HIPAA.
Brendan Conway
Brendan holds a BS in Business Administration and a SEC+ certification. He brings experience in manufacturing procurement, vendor management, and supply chain, joining Filament in 2023.
